Aidiniantz v Sherlock Holmes International Society Ltd and another

Company – Directors. A deputy judge had directed himself correctly and there was no basis on which to interfere with his conclusion that the appellant had ceased to be a director of the Sherlock Holmes International Society Ltd on 31 December 2014 and, consequently, that the company had had no directors at the relevant time and could not have given instructions for its further participation in an appeal against a winding up order, which had been made against it on the respondent's petition. So ruled the Court of Appeal, Civil Division, in dismissing the appellant's appeal.
