Adams v Atlas International Property Services Ltd

Practice – Order. The Queen's Bench Division held, following its previous judgment, that two married couple claimants would be entitled to interest on sums of €54,721.73 and €43,676.41 that they had to pay to secure title to their respective properties from the dates on which the mortgage had actually been repaid or the associated fees paid. The fourth defendant Spanish lawyer would pay 80% of the claimants' costs, with no further increase to a payment on account of £240,000 to take account of VAT.
