Extradition – Extradition order. The judge ought to have taken into account expert evidence on the potential long-term impact of the appellant's extradition to Poland on her children's welfare and, had he done so, he should have concluded that extradition would amount to a disproportionate interference with the appellant's and her children's rights under art 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Accordingly, the Administrative Court held it would be wrong to order the appellant's extradition and the order for her extradition was quashed.
