The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, in dismissing the appellant Jamaican national's challenge to a deportation order, held that the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) had given adequate consideration to the best interests of his children when reaching its determination and there had been no identifiable error in its decision-making. Further, remitting the matter would serve no purpose, since he could not demonstrate exceptional circumstances as to prevent deportation.
