*Heathrow Airport Ltd v Office of Rail and Road (Civil Aviation Authority intervening)

Railway – Charges. The Administrative Court dismissed the claimant's application for judicial review of the defendant's decision that the amount which the claimant could charge for the use by Crossrail services and others of the Heathrow spur off the main great western rail line into the airport could not include any amount referable to the recovery of its costs of building the spur. That decision had not been irrational.
