Employment – Working time provisions. Regulation 30(4) of the Working Time Regulations 1998, SI 1998/1833 did not entitle and employee to recover compensation for injury to feelings for a breach by the employer of a requirement in reg 12(1) of the Regulations to provide the employee with rest breaks. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, in so holding agreed with the decision of the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
