Immigration – Asylum. An expedited process with the effect of transferring approximately 750 children formerly resident in 'the Jungle' or accommodation centres in France to the United Kingdom had not involved the making of an application for international protection and had stood outside Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Dublin III). The Administrative Court, in dismissing the claimant non-governmental organisation's application for judicial review, further held that the expedited process had been fair and reasonable, and there had been no systematic failure.
