Company – Director. Time did not run against the claimant company in relation to an action against the defendant former directors due to the applicability of s 21(1)(b) of the Limitation Act 1980. The Supreme Court held, that by the time the defendants had converted the shareholding to their own use, they had previously received the property because, as directors of the claimant company, they had been its fiduciary stewards from the outset.
