Anguilla is a beautiful British Overseas Territory Island located within the Caribbean Leeward Islands. The Attorney General (AG) is seeking exceptional candidates to join Chambers to lead the criminal team and strengthen the civil team.

Senior Crown Counsel (Civil/Commercial)

The role requires a broad and practical range of knowledge and skills in civil and commercial law to advise and represent the Ministries and Departments of Government. The post requires a minimum of five (5) years’ post qualification experience in civil and commercial matters, ideally gained within a government department or environment; and a confident advocate with supervisory and team management experience to assist with the initiation and defending of proceedings on behalf of the Crown.

Experience of practicing in the Caribbean is highly desirable but not essential.
