Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Associate

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • A strong track record of advisory and advocacy work in personal injury and clinical negligence, including complex and high-value claims.
  • Experience in drafting pleadings, witness evidence, and related documentation, and managing matters from inception through to trial.

Package

  • Salary range: US$180,000–200,000
  • Discretionary bonus and statutory benefits
  • Relocation package may be available

 

Common Law Barrister

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • A strong track record of advisory and advocacy work in a broad range of disputes including civil and commercial, employment, private law and regulatory proceedings.
  • Experience in drafting pleadings, witness evidence, and related documentation, and managing matters from inception through to trial.
  • Regular courtroom advocacy experience, both interlocutory and at trial, with excellent oral and written advocacy skills.

Package

  • Salary range: US$150,000–170,000
  • Discretionary bonus and statutory benefits
  • Relocation package may be available

Candidate Profile

The successful candidates will have strong academic credentials and training at a leading set of chambers or reputable practice. They will have the ability to operate with limited supervision, work effectively under pressure, and contribute to practice development.

The successful candidates will be technically accomplished, commercially aware, and capable of exercising sound judgment. They should be approachable, professional, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment while also capable of working independently.
