We litigate the full range of fraud claims, shareholder disputes, contentious trusts disputes, enforcement of foreign rulings and arbitrations, and cases involving insolvency and restructuring. We litigate matters from first instance up to the Privy Council and remain the first port of call for the majority of BVI litigants.

What we are looking for

You are a talented and driven barrister qualified in England & Wales with substantial experience in commercial and/or chancery court work, particularly as lead advocate in higher courts.

As a key part of the team you will work on a range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters. These will include very high-value, complex disputes ranging from urgent interim relief applications to trials concerning shareholder disputes, fraud and trust matters.
