We litigate matters from first instance up to the Privy Council and remain the first port of call for the majority of BVI litigants.

What we are looking for
You are a talented and driven barrister qualified in England & Wales with substantial experience in commercial and/or chancery court work, particularly as lead advocate in higher courts.
As a key part of the team you will work on a range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters. These will include very high-value, complex disputes ranging from urgent interim relief applications to trials concerning shareholder disputes, fraud and trust matters.
