Stephanie Hayward is a criminal barrister and RASSO prosecutor at Deka Chambers. She leads Behind the Gown – an organisation spotlighting gender inequality and abuse of power at the Bar. In 2019, Stephanie wrote, produced, and presented a film to mark the centenary of women in law. Stephanie has recorded interviews and podcasts with notable figures including award winning playwright, Suzie Miller (Prima Facie), Jess Phillips MP and Joshua Rozenberg KC (hon).
