Jelia is a pupil barrister at Doughty Street Chambers. Prior to coming to the Bar she worked for the International Bar Association, International Criminal Court, Centre for Justice and International Law in Argentina and the United Nations Assistance Mission to the Khmer Rouge Trials in Cambodia.
