Jaspal Kaur-Griffin is a Fellow of the Association of Project Management. She is the former Head of Programmes at the Bar Standards Board and is currently contracting as a Programmes Consultant for the Payment Systems Regulator. Her passion as a change practitioner and project professional lies in using change methodologies to create project management frameworks that people actually want to use to streamline delivery towards an organisation’s strategic aims and priorities and ensure that people are still speaking to each other at the end of the project.
