Entrants must submit an essay of not more than 3,000 words, which makes the case for a law reform that is desirable, practical and useful. The prizes are £4,000 for the winner, £2,500 for the runner up, £1,500 for the best CPE/GDL entry and £1,000 for the runner up CPE/GDL entry. The closing date is 15 October 2010 at 5pm.
