• A typed signature must be provided on the signature line of all record cards submitted to our offices. If there is no actual/typed signature we will advise individuals to submit a record card with a signed/typed signature.
  • If a record card is submitted by e-mail with a typed signature, it must be sent from either a work or chambers’ email address.
  • If record cards with typed signatures are submitted as a batch by chambers or employers by email, the record cards must be sent from either a work or chambers email address.

Barristers should be aware that they remain personally responsible for their CPD record card (even if the record has been submitted with a typed signature and submitted on their behalf).
