Appointment of the ICCA Vice Chair (Circuits) and Judicial Governors

The ICCA delivers high quality and innovative professional education and training to Bar students and members of the Bar. It is the educational arm of the Council of the Inns of Court. We are seeking to fill two vital positions on our Board of Governors, both of whom will have experience of advocacy training and will provide strategic leadership. Both posts will commence on 1 May 2022.

Vice Chair (Circuits) - will ensure that the knowledge, skills and expertise of the Circuits are integral to the work of the ICCA. Vice Chairs deputise for the Chair. The Vice Chair will usually be a practising member of the Bar.

Judicial Governor - will ensure that the knowledge, skills, expertise and needs of the Judiciary inform the work of the ICCA. The Judicial Governor will be or will have been a full-time member of the judiciary of England and Wales.
