Senior Associate Attorney

Priestleys Attorneys in the Cayman Islands is looking to recruit an Attorney-at-Law to assist in its busy litigation and dispute resolution department:

Senior Associate Attorney

Minimum 7 years’ post qualification experience in the field of litigation is required with a particular emphasis on advocacy. 

The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation including insolvency, regulatory, employment, personal injury and contentious trusts matters. They will be able to onboard clients, advise, and to draft pleadings, evidence and all other necessary documentation. The role will require a willingness to undertake appearances in court at trial and at interlocutory stage.

The successful candidate should have the ability to operate with limited supervision and under considerable pressure, be a self-starter and be able to show a proactive approach to business development.  Excellent academics and top tier firm or good chambers pedigree essential.

Salary range US$160,000 to US$170,000. Discretionary bonus and benefits as prescribed by law and possible relocation package.
