Applicants with a hybrid commercial and employment practice are also welcomed.

In addition due to growing levels of work around the country we are recruiting for one or more full time Barristers or Solicitors with Civil Higher Rights with experience in PI/Injury to join our nationwide Advocacy team

DWF Advocacy is an expert, quality, streamlined advocacy service, operating as an alternative to the external Bar and traditional chambers. Managed in a similar way to an in-house set of chambers, with a Head of Advocacy with 30 years’ experience at the external Bar and a clerking team drawn from external chambers, DWF’s barristers and advocates offer specialist advocacy, drafting and advisory services across a variety of specialisms such as Commercial, Fraud, Occupational Health & Disease, Catastrophic Injury, Professional Indemnity, Employment, Costs and Inquests to both DWF clients and external bodies.
