As a Crown Prosecutor at the CPS you will be responsible for delivering justice through the independent and effective prosecution of crime. We are looking for lawyers who want to make a real difference to people’s lives. From fraud and fi rearms to public order and corporate manslaughter – the CPS works on all kinds of cases.

Your role as a CPS Prosecutor means you will be making the fair – sometimes unpopular – decisions that better society and make a difference to people’s lives. Your role is at the centre of delivering justice and your work will include tasks such as advising the police on evidence requirements, reviewing, and preparing case files for prosecutions and deciding whether or not a charge can be brought for a wide range of cases at magistrates’ court.
