Agnew O'Brien is a specialist legal recruitment consultancy with considerable track record in placing lawyers across the offshore Caribbean.

At this time we seek barristers with c 5yrs+ call developed with a top tier commercial/chancery set for opportunities with a prominent offshore law firm based in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and strong advocate, ideally with experience across a wide range matters to include shareholder and boardroom disputes, contested takeovers, contentious / non-contentious solvent and insolvent corporate restructuring and complex insolvency (of which the firm is seeing increased activity coming out of Asia). There will also be plenty of trust litigation, asset-tracing and fraud litigation work thrown into the mix, so applicants keen to maintain a breadth of practice will find themselves well catered for.

Offering immediate responsibility within what is a close knit, supportive team environment, our client will look to integrate you quickly into the fabric of the office and actively support your career progression. Financially the compensation package offered is very competitive (and includes relocation), while the firm also operates an extremely progressive work from home scheme to rival any international practice.
