We have an expert team of in-house lawyers who are responsible for a number of diverse areas, including enforcement, regulatory policy and data management.
We are looking for two experienced lawyers, who will have responsibility for providing high quality, targeted and accessible legal advice to shape and establish Ofqual’s regulatory policy, conditions and regulatory framework.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the public or regulatory sector, be comfortable working autonomously, but also have the ability to work effectively with others across the organisation, demonstrating the behaviours that are so important at Ofqual.
You will be an integral part of the legal team at Ofqual, benefitting from support from senior and experienced colleagues and an excellent team ethos.
