Our market leading Clinical Advisory team advises on inquests, Court of Protection, health law queries, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management. The team has acted in many of the leading inquest and inquiry cases across the UK. The team is expanding and we are now looking to recruit a Solicitor of Barrister for our Leeds team. We are seeking people with advocacy experience preferably gained within a leading healthcare practice of solicitors or barristers, although we will consider experienced advocates without healthcare experience. We are particularly interested in candidates with health and social care advisory experience. As part of your role, you will manage an interesting case load of inquests and advisory matters, advising large public and private providers of health and social care. The Leeds team consists of 6 lawyers and this forms part of the wider national advisory team of 30+ specialist healthcare lawyers.
