IM (Pakistan) v Secretary of State for the Home Department

Immigration – Appeals. The Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) (the UT) had not erred in remitting the matter, having allowed the appellant Pakistani national's appeal against the decision of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), upholding the defendant Secretary of State's refusal of his asylum claim. Accordingly, the Court of Appeal, Civil Division, dismissed the appellant's appeal against the UT's decision.
