Williams v Trustees of Swansea University Pension and Assurance Scheme and another

Pension – Pension scheme. Treatment which conferred advantages on a disabled person, but would have conferred greater advantages had his disability arisen more suddenly, did not amount to 'unfavourable treatment', within s 15 of the Equality Act 2010. Accordingly, the Court of Appeal, Civil Division, dismissed the appellant's appeal and held that the undisputed facts of the case could not amount to unfavourable treatment.
