The General Court of the European Union dismissed an appeal against the decision of the First Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office that the applicant's registration of a figurative sign 'e@sy Credit' should be declared invalid on the ground that there was a likelihood of confusion in the light of an earlier mark 'EasyCredit'.
