Contempt of court – Committal. The Chancery Division imposed a term of imprisonment of six months (suspended for one month) in respect of contempts committed by the defendants by failing to comply with orders for disclosure, an affidavit and an undertaking. The third and fourth defendant directors of the first and second defendant companies had plainly been in contempt in relation to the companies' failures.
