The Administrative Court dismissed the claimant company's application for judicial review of the defendant Secretary of State's decisions, revoking its licence to issue certificates of sponsorship under Tier 2 of the points based system and maintaining that decision. The decisions had not been procedurally unfair, the Secretary of State had not failed to have regard to the claimant's previous compliance with its sponsor duties, there had been no mistake and the decision had not been irrational.
