Sesinova v District Court in Most, Czech Republic

Extradition – Extradition order. If all admissible extrinsic evidence was taken into account, the European arrest warrant, seeking the appellant's extradition to the Czech Republic to serve three years' imprisonment for drugs offences, had complied with the Extradition Act 2003 s 2. Accordingly, the Administrative Court, in dismissing the appellant's appeal against orders for her extradition, held that the judge's decision had been correct, albeit that his reasoning process was not supported by the respondent judicial authority.
