The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, dismissed the claimants' appeals against the dismissal of the proceedings for judicial review of the defendant Secretary of State's decision to cancel their passports on the grounds that she suspected that they planned to travel to be involved in terrorism-related activity. The exercise of powers under the royal prerogative had not been impliedly abrogated by the Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Act 2011 and it was not prevented by European law.
