Professional misconduct – Disciplinary proceedings. The Administrative Court, in refusing the claimants permission to challenge by way of judicial review the Standards for Pharmacy Professionals, adopted by the General Pharmaceutical Council, held that it was not arguable that the standards were ultra vires or void for uncertainty. Further, permission was refused to argue that they were contrary to arts 8 and 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, as the claimants could not be regarded as victims of the alleged violations.
