R (on the application of Jollah) v Secretary of State for the Home Department

Immigration – Detention. The Administrative Court, in the claimant's application for judicial review of the defendant Secretary of State's decision, refusing to remove certain curfew conditions, held that it was not appropriate to grant a declaration identifying the periods when the claimant had been subject to a restriction to stay for particular periods of time at particular places. Further, in the circumstances of the case, the decision in R (on the application of Gedi) v Secretary of State for the Home Department ([2015] All ER (D) 15 (Nov)) would be followed.
