Immigration – Detention. The Administrative Court held that, in the light of the evidence of the claimant Ghanaian national's potential vulnerability and unsuitability for detained fast track processing, there was individualised evidence of unfairness that required relief setting aside the refusal of asylum. Further, his detention had been unlawful between 9 July and 27 August 2014 and 11 November and 18 December 2014.
