European Union – Trade marks. The General Court of the European Union allowed the action brought by Puma SE against the decision of the Fifth Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office relating to opposition proceedings between Puma and Gemma Group Srl concerning the application by the latter for registration of an European Union figurative mark representing a bounding feline.
