Personal Injury: Quantum Case. Road traffic accident. Orthopaedic injuries. PSLA of £4,100. A disabled man was the front-seat passenger of a vehicle which collided with a vehicle that had pulled out in front of his vehicle. He suffered discomfort to the soft tissues around the cervical spine and around the lumber spine. The claimant had a pre-existing depression and anxiety which was further aggravated by the accident. He underwent eight sessions of physiotherapy. The prognosis for the discomfort was that it would resolve in 12 months.
