Personal Injury: Quantum Case. Road traffic accident. Orthopaedic and psychiatric and psychological damage. PSLA of £2,500. The claimant was a minor and did not attend A&E after the collision. She was examined 5.5 months after the accident and had developed symptoms of pain and stiffness in the neck and pain in the right hip. The accident had aggravated the pre-existing snapping tendon injury to the right hip. This resolved within four months. The claimant also suffered from travel anxiety which resolved within three months.
