Immigration – Judicial review – Curtailment of leave to remain – Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa – Working in breach of conditions. Court of Session: Refusing a judicial review petition in which a Nigerian national challenged the Home Secretary's decision to curtail his leave to remain for working in breach of the conditions of his Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa, the court held that the respondent had not left out of account any factors which ought to have been taken into account and was entitled to conclude that the petitioner was supplementing his income from the business he had established with casual labour in the security sector: that work was not within the scope of his permission.
