Medical practitioner – Professional conduct committee. There was no possible basis for overturning the Medical Practitioners Tribunal's factual finding that the appellant still had not had full insight into his previous misconduct, nor the reasoning underpinning that finding. Accordingly, the Administrative Court, in dismissing the appellant's appeal against the imposition of conditions on his practice for a further period of six months, held that the conditions had been entirely appropriate and had addressed the central ongoing concern about the appellant.
