Lloyd v Jones and others

Will – Validity. The Chancery Division, in dismissing the claimant's challenge to the validity of her deceased mother's will, held that the deceased had had both the necessary capacity to make a will, that she had read it and understood its terms and that she had known and approved of the contents of the will. However disappointing the result was to the claimant, the will made by her mother had been valid.
