Housing – Homelessness – Intentional homelessness – Judicial review. Court of Session: Refusing a judicial review petition by a petitioner who challenged a local authority's decision that she was intentionally homeless, the respondents having concluded that she had ceased to occupy private let as a consequence of something she had deliberately done or failed to do, and that it would have been reasonable for her to continue to occupy the property, the court held that on the material before them the respondents reached a decision they were entitled to reach; they took account of no irrelevant factors and took account of all relevant factors; they applied the correct legal test and gave adequate reasons for all parts of their decision.
