Kaane American International Tobacco Co FZE v European Union Intellectual Property Office

European Union – Trade marks. The General Court of the European Union dismissed the action by Kaane American International Tobacco Company FZE (KAITC) against a decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office relating to revocation proceedings between Global Tobacco FZCO and KAITC concerning the application by the latter for registration of a figurative mark 'GOLD MOUNT' as an EU trade mark.
