Extradition – Extradition order. Had inaccuracies in the appellant's witness statement, her pregnancy and the court's failure to obtain relevant information been before the judge, the Celinski balance would have been struck differently. Accordingly, the Administrative Court allowed the appellant's appeal against orders for extradition to Poland to serve two sentences of imprisonment, one of eight months and ten days and the other of five months and 28 days.
