Burford v Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and another

Town and country planning – Enforcement notice. The Planning Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against the decision of the inspector appointed by the first respondent Secretary of State, dismissing his appeal against an enforcement notice issued by the second respondent local planning authority. The inspector had not erred in having found that the building had not been within the curtilage of a dwelling house or that the height of the eaves had been excessive.
