Bloom v Bloom (Kontipaylova intervening)

Family proceedings – Reporting restrictions. Earlier judgments concerning the parties should be published unanonymised and forwarded to the relevant public authorities, given that the husband had been covering up fraudulent commissions in his business dealings. The Family Court further granted the wife permission to produce the earlier judgments and any documents from the proceedings on an unanonymised basis where that was reasonably required by her, specifically to those with whom the wife might become entangled as a result of the husband's actions.
