The Administrative Court dismissed the claimant's application for judicial review of the defendant Secretary of State's decision, revoking his certificate of a right to abode in the United Kingdom. The claimant could not realistically argue that he was a British citizen so as to bring himself within the provisions of s 2 of the Immigration Act 197 and the Secretary of State had had proper grounds for concluding the certificate had been granted upon a false basis.
