Divorce – Financial provision. An ex-husband's claim for financial provision from his ex-wife was dismissed. The Family Court held that, while the ex-husband was entitled to bring the claim, notwithstanding a delay of more than 20 years since the parties' divorce, the circumstances did not justify any order for financial provision in circumstances where, among other things, the ex-wife had made a significant financial and material contribution to the care of the parties' children throughout their childhood and beyond, and where she had provided additional support to the ex-husband.
