Press and printing – Independent regulator. The defendant Independent Press Standards Organisation's decision not to adjudicate on the claimant's third-party complaints about articles published in the Times and Sunday Times was a rational decision, and decision not to take a House of Lords Committee for Privileges and Conduct's report into consideration was not a breach of any duty of inquiry, nor irrational. The Administrative Court, in dismissing the claimant's application for judicial review, further held that the defendant's approach to inaccuracy complaints did not involve the errors of principle alleged.
