We are looking to attract Barristers / Solicitor Advocates with Higher Rights to join our DWF Advocacy business.
DWF Advocacy is an expert, quality, streamlined advocacy service, operating as an alternative to the external Bar and traditional chambers. Operating similar to an in-house set of chambers, DWF’s barristers and advocates offer specialist advocacy, drafting and advisory services across a variety of specialisms such as Commercial, Fraud, Occupational Health & Disease, Catastrophic Injury, Professional Indemnity, Employment, Costs and Inquests. The team comprises circa 20 individuals based across a number of our UK DWF offices including Birmingham, Manchester, London and Leeds.
In particular, our PI/Clin Neg/Occ Health law advocates represent clients at all levels on a wide range of matters. Our advocates sit alongside specialist solicitors, providing a seamless client experience. Forming part of a well-established team, this career opportunity offers you the chance to work alongside market leading partners to deliver cost-efficient, proportionate and high quality advocacy services to DWF, other solicitor’s practices and clients across multiple geographical locations.
We are keen to attract applicants with 3+ years PQE (desirable) and previous experience in PI/Clin Neg/Occupational Health work. Applicants with experience in Inquest work are particularly sought. There is no upper level of PQE for these roles and positions are available at various levels of call/seniority. We are flexible on location and would welcome applications nationwide.
Apply now! Please send your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to identify any adjustments or additional support we can provide to you during the recruitment process, please do so via https://www.cleartalents.com/apply/allroles/.
