Mr Justice Tugendhat has been appointed to succeed Mr Justice Eady as senior privacy, defamation and clinical negligence judge at the Queen’s Bench Division. Tugendhat J takes over as Judge in Charge of the Queen’s Bench Jury and Non-Jury Lists on 1 October 2010.
