Barristers are reminded that the deadline for responses to the BSB’s consultation paper on legal disciplinary practices and partnerships of barristers is 1 March 2009. This is an important issue which affects the regulation of barristers and you are encouraged to reply. A copy of the consultation paper along with other useful information on the Act can be found in the Legal Services Act section of the Standards and Guidance pages of the BSB website (www.barstandardsboard.org.uk).
